Sound System Requirements

Mono 3 or 4 Way stacks with adequate crossovers (Prefer active type) to maintain a consistant 108 db sound pressure level, with adequate headroom and dynamics control for 110 db peaks. (Stereo systems OK)

Console: 24 Input, 4 Bus w/minimum sweepable Mid EQ.
4 Aux sends per Channel. (If FOH Console is used for Monitor mix, 2 sends for Monitor, 2 sends for FX.)FX returns on dedicated input Channels.

2 Programmable type Digital FX boxes capable of providing pre-delay with Reverb for Drums, and "Doubling" type delay and Reverb for Vocals.  Discrete DDL/Reverb units OK-NO SPRING REVERBS!

EQ: 31 Band Graphic EQ for FOH, 31 Band Graphics for Monitors.
("Feedback exterminator" boxes/Parametric EQ's OK for Monitors)

MONITOR SYSTEM:
Monitors should be capable of sustained 110 db output at the listening position, with adequate headroom and dynamic control for 112-115 db peaks.

4 wedges for front line vocals/guitar monitoring.
1 wedge for keyboard vocals/guitar monitoring.
1-2 wedges for stage left backup vocal monitoring.
1 wedge for drummer's vocal/guitar monitor.
1 dedicated cabinet (Prefer BI-amped) for drum monitor.
2 Side fill Cabinets are preferred in addition to Wedges.

Monitor Console: 16 input/4 Bus to provide Vocal, Drum and Guitar monitoring. Console should have sweepable EQ on each channel.
System should employ adequate dynamics control to provide consistant 2-3 db. Dynamic range at 110-115 db. SPL.

The band requires a SOUND CHECK!! It is extremely important that scheduling of stage access times will allow this! Please consult stage plot for equipment placement.
