An easy way to describe Scott McKenzie’s musical career is by one word: diverse. He began at an early age in school bands from concert to marching to jazz. 20 years later his credits include: progressive rock, metal, punk, country, pop rock, etc. There isn’t a genre he hasn’t touched.
His style of drumming, songwriting and background vocal talents have made his phone ring constantly. “I’ve had to become more selective in choosing my projects”. At the first meeting with The Gator Alley Band, the choice to become involved was made easy; “I saw Tommy Sisco on bass and said yes immediately”! What has evolved is a cohesiveness that lubricates the engine of this band. Scotty is now the full time drummer for the original rock band Luvplanet
